Called 5 times today. On hold for 1.5 hours, 30 mins, 40 mins, 25 mins, currently on hold for 4 mins but I have almost no hope. Are they at least answering emails??
I was on hold for like 45 minutes but I had to hang up because I couldn’t listen to that stupid hold song for one more minute
